Founder & CEO

Jivar is a lifelong Houstonian and University of Houston graduate, who has devoted his time and entrepreneurial drive, to building the strong foundation that is Rise Construction, Benchmark Insurance Group of Texas. He has dedicated his resources to pursuing projects that promote the revitalization of urban areas, like the renovation of the Astro Inn (reopening as Heights House Hotel in 2020) contributing to the progress of building Houston forward. Jivar is a believer in local partnerships and community togetherness.
